Impunity Watch (IW) is an international non-profit group, seeking to promote accountability for past atrocities in countries emerging from a violent past. IW produce research-based policy advice, monitor state compliance with legal obligations towards the victims of crimes and advocate for tailored policy solutions. The aim is to support victim's organisationst so they have a stronger voice in developing bottom-up and complementary transitional justice strategies.Impunity Watch is based in the Netherlands and has two country offices in Guatemala and Burundi.
