I am an instructor with Bow Valley College, Portage College and Northern Lakes College, working in the Business and Professional programs areas. My background is in Human Resources, and I teach courses related to HR, Business Communications and Organizational Behaviour. I also develop and review courses.Through teaching, I am able to draw upon my years of HR experience and continually demonstrate leadership and effective problem solving techniques. Teaching ensures I remain current with legislation and HR best practices as well.I believe that providing effective Human Resources support can have a positive influence on all aspects of an organization. My goal is to enable organizations to focus on their core areas by using my twenty plus years'​ of Human Resources experience in consulting, workshop facilitation, training delivery, policy development, recruiting and selecting the best possible candidates. By understanding the HR big picture, as well as the pieces involved, I ensure you have the right people in place at the right time with the right tools and resources available to them, creating success for them and success for your organization.
