I founded the UX Community & Culture program for Google's global User Experience org in 2016, and built and led the program for the following five years (until I left Google).For the prior 10 years, I led the Geo UX organization, building the team from a couple of folks to a global, full-stack team covering design, research, writing, front-end engineering, and program management. Between 2013 - 2015, I also led the combined team of User Experience designers for Geo and Search, creating cross-platform products for consumer, merchant, and enterprise customers.It was a very good run :-)
