I have loved working in multifamily property management since 2001, and came from a retail management background prior to that. I have experience with lease up and student communities, as well as experience recovering properties with deferred maintenance and low occupancy. My personal business model is to lead by example and provide exceptional customer service through personalizing each resident/ customer's experience to meet their individual need, while also maintaining strict guidelines according to all applicable laws. I inspect what I expect, am highly motivated and organized, and work under the premise of optimism in all things.
