- Overseeing and managing the customer onboarding process.- Responsible for guiding and educating new clients.- Helping solve technical problems throughout the onboarding process.- Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation.- Help the customer define needs and how we can meet those needs.- Act as the main point of contact for the client during the onboarding process. - Work with sales, business analysis, and support teams to ensure that each step of the process meets customer expectations.- Meet with the customer on a regular basis to provide updates on their onboarding status and answer any questions they may have.- Successfully and smoothly transfer the customer relationships to a customer success manager as the onboarding process completes.
