About Margaret Devlin

I’m the Managing Director of Centre for Organisation Development, an organisation development consultancy dedicated to developing authentic leaders and creating sustainable workplaces, where both organisational and people outcomes can be successfully achieved. As a response to COVID times, we have successfully adapted our OD consulting, Leadership Masterclass Series and Executive Coaching practice to online platforms. Our programs are extremely well received and we continue to develop new initiatives to support leaders and managers navigate the next normal as new challenges emerge. I bring over 20 years of qualified experience as an executive coach, skilled facilitator and OD consultant working in multiple organisational contexts with individuals and teams. I particularly love working with government organisations and in higher education.I am known for my work with leaders, who work in increasingly complex and demanding environments. My approach builds self-awareness and self-confidence with a growth mindset. Enabling my clients to clarify their purpose, build a strong identity as professional managers who engage and inspire, lead healthy and productive cultures with strong stakeholder relationships and a service mindset is the basis of my work. I bring a positive, strengths-based approach and ability to work with complexity, uncertainty and fluid change. My work is an extension of my passion to take care of the human side of enterprise – to create sustainable workplaces, where both organisational and people outcomes can be achieved.
