Working as a contractor for Okta through KMC Solutions, I am responsible for the following duties:- Partner with Site Managers on development of sites within the company's intranet, The Landing- Consult with content owners to review existing content, including creating inventories, participating in planning meetings and identifying content issues.- Regularly analyze and communicate success metrics for the platform, the sites, and the content- Manage website community engagement via communities of practices.- Generate content inventories for review by site owners.- Testing New Simpplr Release in Sandbox.- Archiving Confluence Spaces for team/functions that are in the Landing.- Audit sites within a Site category in partnership with the business function as part of governance plan.- Pull and document Analytics for The Landing on a Quarterly basis.- Generate and test Audiences in The Landing as requested and audit to keep list up to date.- Manage new site request intake process for The Landing.
