Margaret Wilson is a qualified Personal and Executive Coach, holding an Advanced Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching accredited by ICF. She works successfully as a Coach both on a personal and professional basis. Margaret formed part of the inaugural WOW mentorship programme and as a result works with many professional Irish women as a transformation Coach. She is passionate about people development and supporting professionals to manage a work life balance. She recognises the value of a people centric organisation and advocates people wellness within the Workplace.Margaret is an experienced Mentor,Trainer and Business Consultant with particular interest in Innovation which prompted her return to education in 2009 to successfully complete a Higher Certificate in Business and Innovation with DCU.Margaret is a member of Retail Ireland Skillnet Steering Committee working with many Irish Retailers including Woodies, Applegreen, DEALZ, Circle K and BWG promoting a learning and development culture in retail and a career path for those working in the sector.In industry Margaret has held several senior and varied roles in Retail and Pharma - including Sales, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing.
