In my private practice, I help people with big dreams and deep worldviews — e.g., scientists, entrepreneurs, and artists. The most significant impact I see and aim to make there is helping them believe in themselves, gain the strength they need, overcome difficulties, and make changes in this world much easier — even if they have anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, or gender nonconformity. And with my soft skills pet project called «Care Space,» I support others who are just beginning this path.I also participate in healthcare professional education and international science popularisation as a lecturer, trainer, and expert in neuroscience and psychotherapy (at ABBYY's «Translate Coursera,» 15x4, Psychodemia, etc.).I first realized my passion for psychotherapy during my first master's degree in management and economics. The real skills I trained there were about supporting my peers — as a caregiver, a negotiator, a mediator, and an active companion in problem-solving and decision-making.That's when I started to dive deeper, exploring books on everything from human genetics and evolutionary biology to philosophy and psychology. The purpose soon became clear: to help people have meaningful lives and suffer less. And to do that I decided to rely on a deep understanding of the human body and brain.In 2011, the learning options I sought were scarce in Russia, so I turned to online learning. With courses from MIT and Duke University, I built a view of the world that makes me the professional I am today. Then, I made a plan to get the education and license I needed in her country.From 2013 to 2018, along with licensing in psychotherapy and studying at the second university as a clinical psychologist, I've been working as a photographer (since I was 14 years old, portrait photography has been my passion, and working with women was what I excelled at).That helped me create a complex therapeutic program with photography as one of the main tools in the process of healing («phototherapy»). My final university project was an approbation of that method in clinical practice with drug-addicted women (in Moscow Scientific and Practical Center of Narcology). In 2018 I graduated with honours (4.9 out of 5).Since then, I have constantly updated my skills and knowledge and shared them with people compassionately and empathetically.Aside from this, I like to play the piano and compose music, dance and maintain my physical strength, create cozy interiors and stylish looks, draw funny doodles, and experiment with flavours.
