- Program manager of the Cyprus Seeds programme (announcement of the Calls for applications, evaluation of the applicants, assignment of the mentors to the teams to be participating in the 12M Funding Program of each cycle, organization of the training, networking, and mentoring sessions of the participating teams, the organization of the Demo Day at the end of each cycle and reporting to the main Donors);

Contribution to the development of SME Instrument (Phase 1, Phase 2) proposals for innovative Spanish companies to support breakthrough innovation projects with a market-creating potential.

Development of deliverables in the context of Horizon 2020 projects relevant to cultural heritage, entrepreneurship, and energy-efficient buildings.

- Managed the entire sales cycle, including negotiations and drafting sales agreements; - Supervised and co-created with the clients their marketing material published in the online newspapers;- Business development activities to enlarge the clientele of the company.

Provided consulting services to SMEs regarding funding programs offered by the public authorities of Cyprus. The services included, among others, the identification of relevant grant programs, the development and submission of grant proposals, the management of the successful bids, provision of appropriate training.
