Create awareness in the market of the free press magazine "grtraveller" as well as the fact that it is distributed to a very big number of people. Furthermore work in order to get the hoteliers acquainted to the magazine as to penetrate the tourism market and gain a market share of the advertised hotels and other tourism products. The bottom line is to increase the number of advertisements in the magazine.

I know well the tourism market in Greece and abroad. I am aware of ways to present a destination or a product in order to attract the attention of the readership as well as to how to chose the points you need to present in order to show the best of the destination or the product.

Given a tourism project to manage in order to expand its business I can work on the data provided and estimate its potential growth. I have created a good network in the Greek Tourism Market. I have succeeded in having gained a good image of my self and my work is much appreciated. I maintain a good relationship with a vast number of hoteliers in the Greek market who have showed many times their willingness to support my efforts.

I was responsible to interview keynote people from the tourism industry for the free press business-tourism news paper NEW TIMES. The objective was to generate awareness of the free press newspaper to the tourism sector.

I was in charge of the project "Treasures of Greek Tourism Awards". The event took place for the first time in December 2017 and was very successful. I was responsible to contact the Ministry and the Tourism Bodies and ask them to provide auspices for the event. I should also contact Hotel chains, Hoteliers and Tourism Agencies in order to persuade them to support the event "Treasures of Greek Tourism" that would take place in Athens. The bottom line was to convince them to be presented at the event and place their advertisement in the Book that would be published for the event.

I was the Managing Editor "Touristiki Agora". I would attend all press conferences concerning the tourism sector, related conferences, read all relevant literature of UNWTO, or other tourism bodies as to understand the trends of the market. In the magazine, related articles aim to inform the readership on the trends of the market and the players as to help them decide on investing and other issues related to their activity in the tourism industry. One of the objectives was to improve awareness for the magazine in the tourism market (hoteliers and travel agencies). To work with the top management in organizing events the magazine's issues in order to improve its market share.Decide on the articles and write them as to inform the readership on all important issued concerning the trends of the market in Greece and in Europe."Touristiki Agora" was at that stage the leader trade magazine in Greece for the tourism industry. I was the project director for MEETINGREECE, the annual conference guide for the Greek conference sector. The guide presents the infrastructure in the country to host conferences and incentives. My job was to communicate with the managers and owners and update the guide for all knew information as well as convince the hoteliers to support the guide by placing their advertisement in the guide.Responsible for updating the information, doing the PR, Marketing & Sales for the annually issued guide for conferences in Greece "MEETINGREECE". The guide presents all the Conference centers and Hotels with available infrastructure to host conferences in Greece. Area by area, city by city and hotel by hotel with information about each and every one. The guide is presented every year at the IMEX Conference exhibition in Frankfurt and is also present at the WTM (London), EIBTM (Barcelona), CONFEX (London), ITB (Munch), MITT (Moscov), IMEX (Frankfurt).

Promote the Expo Hotel Show, write press releases, contact the tourism media, organize press conferences for the tourism press. Organize hosted buyers groups from Cyprus and other countries to attend the Expo Hotel Show 2016. The Expo Hotel Show took place in Athens Greece, 19-21 November 2016 at the Olympic Facilities (Taek Won Do - P. Faliro and Fencing - Elliniko). One of the reasons it was very successful was the fact that hoteliers from all the regions of Greece, were invited as hosted buyers to attend the show. Exhibitors were very satisfied.

I had successfully worked for the first show "100% Hotel Show" in 2014 in order to create awareness for the show in the tourism market (hoteliers and travel agencies). I worked in order to organize events and meetings as to attract hoteliers to visit the show. I also organized groups of hosted buyers who would meet the hoteliers within the framework of the show. The 2nd edition of the show in 2015, took also place at the MEC (Mediterranean Exhibition Center), and was also very successful.

Brand development, web site traffic growth and increase of awareness of the destination for holidays. I organized a fam trip for 15 tourism journalists from Greek National Newspapers to Monemvasia who were presented the high lights of the area and stayed at nice hotels, and had food at local restaurants. I organized for English travel agents visits to the best hotels in the area and made sure they had a good time. After the event Monemvasia was included in the brochure of well known travel agents in the United Kingdom.

I attended Board's meetings, shows and presentations all over the country in order to understand and help them understand in depth the international trends of the market. I wrote press releases and articles on gastronomy and its importance, in order to support the sector.

Get informed in the hoteliers & conference centers' infrastructure as to update the guide with all relevant information and contact hoteliers and managers as to convince them to support the guide by placing their hotel's advertisement in the guide. Participate to all major shows and exhibitions concerning the conference market in Europe.MEETINGREECE is the annually published conference guide presenting the infrastructure in Greece to host conferences. MEETINGREECE is present to all major European exhibitions and Conference shows.

I was responsible for the newsletter and the HOG members club. Organizing excursions, meetings and other events & happenings. Working close with the Marketing Manager in order to organize in the best way the events as to attract all the members and get the proper public awareness.
