Responsible for international boarding students in the UK (90 at the moment) which includes from finding a guardian and host to travel arrangements, taxis, accommodation for half terms and holidays, doctors, uniforms, expulsions and emergency situations; Responsible for informing and working with prospective clients (parents, schools or agents); Daily communication with parents, schools, guardians and students; Writer of the quarterly newsletter; Responsible for the daily running of the office; Administrative tasks.

Responsible for the welcome, instruction, task distribution and monitoring of volunteers (100 approx.) and, in case of university internships, implementation of institutional procedures as well as the coordination between the different departments and their need for volunteers. Contact person for prospective volunteers, responsible for communication to members and volunteers of our activities, courses, visits, events ... and collaborations with the media and authorities (interviews for radio, publications, participation in conference in the City Hall, fairs and exhibitions ...) Administrative tasks.

Responsible for the daily running of the office, which offers a wide range of language programs abroad: counseling to clients, communication with partner schools, bookings, invoices, coordination of departures and follow up of development of programs. Emergency phone holder. Participation in International Fairs and promotion of our programs.Search, development and follow up of new courses in New York City.

Responsible for student exchange relations with 85 partner schools worldwide (Management and Law schools) and a total of 300 incoming/outgoing students: presentation of destinations to students, counseling, bookings, support once in destination or at ESADE. In charge of projects and activities related to these universities (CEMS, PIM…) and to the internationalization of the School.SUD Coordinator (University Service for Development-ESADE)Volunteer summer work in Latin America for students.Awarded a grant from the Catalan Government to do a research project about university systems in New Zealand.

Responsible for institutional relations between Spanish and Mexican universities through several grant programs. Person in charge of incoming/outgoing students. Organization of events such as the “Universidad-Empresa”, meetings and the presentation of new grants to university representatives. Representation activities in the university community as well as other institutions.Collaborator for the Spanish Embassy magazine “España en Mexico”.
