The European Reference Networks (ERNs) are virtual networks involving specialist healthcare providers across Europe. They aim to tackle complex or rare medical diseases or conditions that require highly specialised treatment and a concentration of knowledge and resources. The ERNs are part of a broader EU strategy to make the national and European health systems more efficient, accessible and resilient.The ERN EpiCARE brings together highly specialized health centres in 26 European countries with expertise in rare and complex epilepsies.

- Follow-up and supervision of budgets related to European funding of the EpiCARE ERN - Follow-up of the evolution of administrative, financial and legal rules of the different European research programs - Production of the various financial statements in accordance with European regulations - Implementation and follow-up of audit certifications by auditors, management of audits commissioned by the European Commission - Coordination of the different projects related to the ERN (H2020, HE, CEF Telecom)- Follow-up of contracts related to ERN (Consortium Agreement, Grant Agreement, subcontracting, services) - Follow-up of work-packages and deliverables of the different projects - Production of reports, responses to calls for proposals, final reports and deliverables reports - Participation in strategic reflections on the development of the ERN - Participation in European Commission meetings (project follow-up meetings, information meetings) - Writing of internal procedures (life cycle of a European project: set-up, launch, follow-up and closure of a project)
