Our business was acquired by Ascential in 2021 joining banners like Flywheel, Spotlight & WhyteSpyder into the Digital Commerce Business Unit**Some key achievements thus far in the Director role:-Manage two different data teams in our department - our Data Specialist team and our Solutions Architect team providing people management, process support, training, escalation support, etc.-Hired a new manager for the architect team & added several key hires to this team to improve our service to clients for third party software management for Salsify & Syndigo-Improved team member retention-Adjusted ways of working within the architect team to clearly outline expectations and to divide work more equitably, coaching this team up to the new expectations-Supported client account escalations and act as a leadership sponsor for multiple enterprise accounts-Designed, advocated for and rolled out an incentive program to increase the number of staff members with Salsify certifications-Coordinated with Salsify Partner Success Manager to set up a training series-Pitched and got approval to set up a new team made up of contributors from multiple roles in the department to pilot new services or take over other services from our Ascential sister companies-Worked cross-functionally with sales and engineering to scope out new processes and features needed to support new service offerings; scoped and project managed these initiatives with my new team-Scoped, defined, and project managed building out internal systems to take over scaled copy creation for our sister companies-Presented in FirstMovr seminar with other OneSpace leaders to present thought leadership on Enhanced Content strategy

A few achievements from my management positions:-Clearly defined the expectations of the role to ensure alignment including new annual review templates, ways of working, basic team expectations, etc.-Defined and standardized our data management approach for client projects-Documented all of our processes and proprietary platform functionality & re-trained existing team members to address gaps in previous trainings-Solicited ongoing feedback, designed and built a thorough onboarding program to consistently train incoming team members on our software and processes, drastically improving the onboarding experience and the skills new team members have coming out of onboarding to service our clients-Recruited, interviewed, hired and trained a team of 13; tripled the size of my team-Coached, developed and promoted multiple team members to new roles in the organization-Worked cross-functionally with Product & Engineering to provide expert front end user insight, testing, and feedback on 50+ new features large and small developed for our software

In the Data and Sr. Data Specialist roles I:-Managed thousands of data points for multiple enterprise CPG clients during year long engagements-Grew into an expert user of our proprietary softwares-Configured all of our internal systems including our internal PIM and our workflow technology to support scaled content and image creation and review-Managed and improved processes for content and image optimization-Post-processed, delivered, deployed & audited our final optimized content and images on retailer sites
