I analyzed problems applying to the product(s) built by my Company from the As Designed/As Built/As Operational phases and assigned them to the appropriate personnel for resolution. I then tracked each problem's progress until it was completed with the assigned individual. I also reported to Branch Managers and on up to the Department Managers. I also reported to the Strategic Systems at the Government level, since most of our contracts were with the Government.My skills were exceptional at the time but are outdated by now and I would not be able to offer any advice or data of any use to today's world.
