Managed exclusive property and automobile subrogation contract for group of insurance companies operating in nine states. Trained and supervised approximately 50 employees working on behalf of the group and all files handled by them. Managed, directed and participated in investigations, including complex claims. Managed or directly handled litigation, negotiation and arbitrations of all files. Partnered with and oversaw litigation handled by attorneys in other states. Participated in trials and arbitrations, argued motions and appellate court cases, took depositions and drafted all litigation documents including motion memoranda, appellate briefs, discovery and other pleadings. Firm’s management of contract resulted in recoveries increasing fourfold for this group.

Handled litigation files from inception to conclusion. Handled all aspects of litigation. Areas of practice included property insurance defense, including investigation of arson and fraudulent claims, subrogation, product liability, and other miscellaneous areas.
