Senior Director, Ethics And Compliance Investigations Center Of Excellence
CurrentLead the continuous development of Emergent’s Reporting and Investigations program reporting directly to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. Responsible for development and implementation of the centralized reporting and investigations capability that collaborates cross-functionally with the human resources, legal affairs, and compliance functions. Centralize and harmonize reporting and timely investigations. Develop processes, communications and training related to investigations and triage investigations to the appropriate functions. Conduct complex and confidential investigations. Deliver data and insights for use by the Board of Directors, executive management teams, and senior leadership committees to meet regulatory and legal requirements while ensuring that the corporate governance mechanisms effectively detect and prevent misconduct as well as have adequate capabilities to monitor, as well as reduce and minimize future risks. Ensure that appropriate actions and remediation are taken by leadership in partnership with the HR organization.
