I'm a postdoctoral researcher in the Aggarwal group at the University of Bristol with experience in organic chemistry, catalysis, and development of new methodologies in laboratory scale. I have independently designed and executed research projects across multiple research laboratories in Europe working in collaboration with other researchers, identifying synthetic challenges and targets and proposing innovative solutions. I have experience in successfully supervising postgraduate and undergraduate students across the years. I held a laboratory manager role, ensuring day-to-day efficient and safe laboratory practices in a group of PhD, postdoc and undergraduate researchers. My experience in different research environments gave me excellent adaptability to new environments and flexibility.I'm a dynamic and cooperative person.
