Leading a team within the Business and Government B2B Marketing group, my role is to create and deliver a strategic customer engagement plan in support of the business growth strategy across Industry sectors. The plan includes industry partnerships and strategic alliances, customer centric events and experiences that return value to our customers and continues to position Australia Post as a market leader.

Identify, create and deliver customer centric experiences that connect our brand and showcase Australia Post within the eCommerce industry and business segments. My focus is to provide a combination of content and effective brand activation to create engaging conversations at exhibitions, conferences and bespoke events, ultimately providing returned value to the business, industry and customer in an ongoing partnership.

Leading the events team, I contribute to the cost effective development and implementation of the national events and sponsorship strategy. As part of the trade marketing team, my key focus is to create and deliver memorable business events and sponsorship with an emphasis on educating the extensive Sensis customer network. Events include both small and large digital workshops, breakfasts, seminars, lunches and movie premiere's, engaging groups from 20 to 400 customers. I am also responsible for the seamless delivery of our CEO customer events, involving the development of bespoke events nationally.
