Margi has spent over 20 years as an IT professional specializing in Financial Services solutions. She has operated as a complex engagement leader and as a technical delivery leader on numerous programs with a matrixed distributed delivery model. She has managed varying team sizes ranging from 15 to over 90 resources across both technical and business, and utilizing multiple different SDLC best practices (e.g., Agile, iterative, and waterfall). The majority of her focus has been involved in large scale business led IT Transformation implementations for which she has developed a deep knowledge of IT Strategy, IT Planning, Software Selection, and Systems Deployment within the insurance and financial services community. Margi brings deep experience in managing complex vendor and 3rd party relationships, scheduling and overseeing maintenance releases, and managing various IT Production Line teams for large multi-line Insurance carriers.
