The Maryland Tech Council Venture Mentoring Services Program (MTC VMS Program) is one of the leading team mentoring services available in the State of Maryland that exists to foster an environment that encourages innovation, while expanding financial and business opportunities for Maryland-based cyber, tech, biotech, medtech and biopharmaceutical venture CEOs.The Program provides free team-based mentoring services to qualified Maryland-based tech and life science venture CEOs who are accepted into the program. The Program is designed to stay with the venture for the long-term by evolving the mentor teams to meet the venture’s needs as they move through stages of development to ensure they are capital market ready.This unique mentoring program is based on the highly successful and internationally recognized MIT Venture Mentoring Services Program. It incorporates proven systems, data, processes, protocols, trends and ongoing measurement and continuous improvement to ensure its success.

Group focuses on micronutrient impact on maternal and infant nutritional status, in rural southeast Asia and Africa. Managed all aspects of the Micronutrient Research Laboratory while conducting literary research, data analysis, preparing manuscripts for professional conferences and publication.Lead training sessions for graduate students in laboratory methods and analysis.Overseas experience and fieldwork included overseeing and streamlining biospecimen collection and processing; and liaising with the Tropical Disease Research Center in Zambia to implement biochemical protocols and timelines for the analysis of biologics.

Research grant awarded by the National Institute of Medical Sciences for science research through the School of Medicine with placement at the Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Created Communications questionnaire, conducted data collection and analyses of Fortune 500 companies and their Social Responsible Programs for the selection of ELLA Awards. Project was a collaborative effort with Leadership Development Cohort 22.

Created tailored conversational Spanish lessons for clients, including language assessments for children and professional adults.
