This doesn’t mean I look at the world through rose-colored glasses, but I am more likely to focus on strengths instead of weaknesses and look for opportunities through challenges.Building relationships and making connections is what drives me. I have spent the past 25 years developing consumer communications strategies for organizations that disrupt the status quo by creating better ways of doing things -- from nascent, early-stage startups to leading, well-established brands. Those companies include LinkedIn, VSCO, Minted, eBay, Skype, KiwiCo, OpenTable, Netflix, Shop It To Me, Gantri and Epic!, among others. Working with the people behind these companies--people who challenge me to see things in different ways--has been incredibly gratifying, and I want to continue to work with people I admire, who inspire me and who are bringing more good into the world. As a team builder, I’m passionate about mentoring others, doing the kind thing, encouraging creativity and inspiring optimistic thinking.
