I founded MCPR to work with a select group of consumer-facing businesses that offer products or services I want to use and advocate for. Through this practice, I have been able to help founders and marketing leaders at organizations including LinkedIn, Minted, VSCO, KiwiCo, OpenTable, Shop It To Me, Epic!, Google, Canyon Ranch and Gantri, among others.

I actively support talent of color to provide access to opportunities.

Joined this four-person agency as Account Director in December 1997 and, by leveraging relationships and expertise, helped grow the business over the next decade into one of the leading independent firms, advancing in responsibility along the way from Account Director (1997-1999) to Vice President (1999-2004) to Senior Vice President (2004-2006) to.

Managed the magazine’s special advertising sections and ran publicity for marketing-side initiatives such as the Seventeen/Chanel Nail Colour Contest.

Helped supervise Duracell’s consumer-facing brand public relations team, leading work on the Duracell Kids’ Choice National Toy Survey and Duracell’s Toy Industry Forecast.

Began my career at this mid-sized agency following a successful summer internship. Created major impact for clients including 1.800.FLOWERS by developing ways to publicize the brand on both special and everyday occasions. Helped support the brand's very early forays into e-commerce.
