Which is exactly what I did during this time. You'd have found me practicing yoga as the sun rose, sitting on a beach watching the sun slide over the horizon or dancing in the moonlight. This experience taught me an incredible amount about the importance of living in the present, listening to and trusting your inner voice, and letting go and going with the flow.
