BACKGROUNDI am a marketing and event management professional with more than 30 years of experience creating and executing plans that support business strategies and deliver results through integrated, measurable and creative programs. These programs include advertising, PR, online, collateral, trade shows, branding, and video/interactive, as well as event management for corporate, nonprofit and social events. For the past 10 years, I've been working in a freelance capacity on a variety of projects, mainly focused on nonprofits. I provide marketing strategy, project management, website design, copy writing/editing, and event management services. In addition, I have been an Event Manager at the Stevens Estate in North Andover for the past 5 years, where I organized and ran a variety of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and fundraisers. I responded to inquiries and scheduled tours, as well as managed event vendors. I also worked on various marketing projects, including the creation of a wedding planning kit for clients to assist them in organizing all aspects of their big day at the Stevens Estate. My volunteer activities include managing the North Andover Farmers Market and helping to run Project Bethlehem, the Christmas gift distribution program at Lazarus House Ministries in Lawrence.
