- Heading Expatriate Services a team of 3 in Austria and guiding a team of 8 persons in Romania on all topics connected with Global Mobility for OMV Group (18 countries and around 600 Expats)- Heading Recruiting and Emplyoer Branding for OMV Group- Reporting to Senior Vice President Human Resources OMV Group

- Leading all Labor Litigations of OMV Petrom regarding to Collective Labor Agreement Claims- Heading a team of around 80 persons

- Managing all relevant HR topics for 2 Business Divisions with originally around 25 000 employees - Leading a team of 165 employees - Reporting to the member of the Executive Board

- Responsible for all HR topics for domestic production and for international ventures (Pakistan, Yemen, Russia and Iran)- Covering HR tasks for around 800 local employees and 600 employees in foreign countries- Part of due diligence team for HR for E&P acquisitions- Reporting to Head of Human Resources E&P

- Set-up and management of an international HR Project focusing on an employee survey for 24 countries and languages for all OMV Group employees- Reporting to Senior Vice President HR

- Developing trainings and tools for about 900 local employees- Heading the training center for apprentices for Agrolinz and external companies at location- In charge of the Outplacement Center- Reporting to Head of Human Resources
