JWDA game me a whole new world to design for. 70 story mixed use tower in Asia (3 floors of retail / 27 floors of hotel / 40 floors of residential), a 30 story residential tower in Long Beach CA and we brached out to design major retail centers which was my specialty.

As Designer I had a blast during that 80's boom. Worked on large scale retail developments including mega centers and big box retailers. Also developed retail criteria and managed the TI/landlord review and approval process.
