Passionate about art since an early age, I have found my creative calling in the unique landscapes of my home in southern Louisiana, known as "Acadiana." With over 30 years of experience as an artist, art teacher and private instructor, I draw my inspiration from the boundless creativity of children, infusing my own artwork with a sense of uninhibited expression. My captivating creations have graced galleries along the Gulf Coast, from quaint Main Street showcases, to metropolitan collectives and festivals, and the iconic French Quarter in New Orleans.I've emerged as a respected figure in the artistic community. Currently serving as the Vice President and artist in residence of the Lafayette Art Association, one of the South's most esteemed art collectives, I'm continuing to nurture and elevate the talents of fellow artists. Through private lessons, immersive camps, and engaging workshops, I'm cultivating the creative spirit within artists of all ages, fostering a supportive environment that inspires growth and innovation.My commitment to promoting the arts extends beyond my studio. I've curated various shows at the association's gallery amplifying the work of fellow artists, while providing a platform for them to showcase their exceptional talents.
