As a Director of Transportation at TriMet, I led the second largest transit service in Oregon for over six years, overseeing 278 vehicles, 3 major counties, and the transport of 3,800 customers daily. I was responsible for ensuring excellence in paratransit service for the elderly and disabled community, as well as managing direct customer service and the performance of contracted providers.My core competencies include managing services, call centers, and telecommunications, as well as ensuring compliance, safety, efficiency, and customer support and satisfaction. I have a strong background in negotiating budgets, developing action plans, and providing leadership and guidance to support the growth and performance of my organization.
