• Coordinate and implement daily services offered through the Community Service office • Answer telephone; provide information; take and relay messages and/or direct calls to appropriate personnel; return calls as necessary• Ensure the continuous operation of services by properly maintaining accurate records and files according to regulations and compliance requirements, enter data into the computerized tracking system, and prepare reports• Plan, organize and/or prioritize calendars, daily assignments and work activities including supervising volunteers and employees to ensure all deadlines are met • Assists in gathering data for budget preparation; monitors expenditures under current budget, maintain multiple funding source ledgers and ensure balance• Present strong customer service and social work skills such as meeting customer’s needs, resolving issues, case management, interviews, data entry, and maintaining files*Provide on going training to fellow coordinators in day to day operations including overseeing accuracy of data entry completed.

• Prepares and/or generates routine correspondence, lette, forms, reports and other documents via computer• Complete quarterly wage forms and submit to the appropriate departments both independently and the aid of a CPA to ensure all tax laws/regulations are satisfied• Use QBO (QuickBooks online) Intuit software for all bookkeeping needs and records, including expenses/deposits, invoices, journal entries and reconciling• Answer telephone; provide information; take and relay messages and/or direct calls to appropriate personnel; return calls as necessary• Follow up with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction• Keep record of all transactions• Take orders on products and/or services
