I worked in the Asset Management Department at USALLIANCE FCU. My responsibilities included coding and in-taking all bankruptcies as well as filing reaffirmations and proof of claim documents. I handled recoveries of all charged off accounts for the Credit Union including determining suit worthiness, account media research and placement with outside vendors. I also assisted with collection and maintenance of pre-charge off and delinquent loans. I have the ability to maintain superior customer service while asking tough questions and trying to resolve delinquent accounts.

I spent 9 years with Richard J Boudreau and Associates. I started as a collector, maintaining a portfolio of roughly 1000 charged off accounts. I made calls and collected money on charged off accounts while emphasizing customer service and negotiation skills. As a manager I oversaw groups of collectors ranging in size from 10 to 20 employees. While achieving a monthly goal, I kept the employees motivated and focused. I participated in client meetings and conference calls as well as prepared monthly projections for clients. I acted as liaison for several clients as well as developed and maintained new relationships with clients.
