I work in a fabulous job helping agents learn to list and sell property. It is an ever changing and challenging job that allows all kinds of diversity in what I do. I am responsible for managing, teaching, training, helping and pushing agents to reach their goals. It is a constant search for new tools and education to provide fresh approaches and information to stimulate them to find what they want to have. I am on call frequently to be available to help them with the questions they have and help them find the solutions they need. One of my favorite areas in real estate is serving on the Professional Standards Committee of the Houston Association of Realtors/Texas Association of Realtors. I enjoy and look forward to the training I take every year to keep my place on this committee.

Assistant in the Human Resources office of the Town and Country Neiman Marcus store. Enjoyed working in all parts of the store and learning how the store functioned. Helped employees in many different circumstances accomplish their goals. Still enjoy seeing them in suprising places and having them greet me when I least expect it.

I was an assistant in the Human Resources department of the Town & Country store in Houston, Texas. I loved it. I sometimes worked as a floater in all parts of the store learing how the store functioned. I also processed and interviewed applicants. I worked with the employees to help them in the store and I am still suprised to see them now and have them say hello to me in the new positions they have sometimes moved on to.
