Creates a welcoming experience for visitors by presenting Chapman Hall and guiding tours through key facilities and programs of the Clark Honors College. Answers questions and shares insights to deepen visitor engagement.

Provides the Clark Honors College faculty support through office receptionist tasks, such as printing and scanning. Also supports CHC students by answering questions via phone calls and email while creating a welcoming atmosphere in Chapman Hall.

Engages in outreach with music industry professionals to find guest speakers for weekly meetings. Assists in planning club meetings consisting of workshops, work-in-progress nights, and speakers. Creates posts for social media to promote weekly meetings and other club events.

Responsible for tracking finances, locating sources of funding, and leading communication between ASUO.

Collaborates with the Music Director and DJs to share weekly content to the KWVA Music Blog(https://kwva.uoregon.edu/music), engages DJs to produce content by hosting weekly meetings, and coordinates with the Marketing Department to strategically feature Music content.

Hosts a two-hour radio show each week independently. Has the skills to control the live sound and microphones while playing songs from my computer, CD Players, and Record players as well.

Early morning shifts at 4:45am. Manage check-in for classes. Clean facility often for Covid requirements. Make update calls/emails to members. Promote programs and sell memberships.
