I had a challenging position at JLL, working for PDS (Project & Development Services) as a Project Manager for the Walgreens Landlord Team. The objective of this program is to avoid spending the client capital on work that is the responsibility of the landlord. The team identified cost avoidance by abstracting leases and eliminating capital spends. In addition, this team also directly engaged with the client’s landlords and drove them to execute the capital improvements that are their responsibility. • As I JLL Project Manager I executed landlord engagement and lease reviews from coast to coast.• Responsible for landlord engagement for capital improvement projects including parking lots, roofs, exterior ADA, landscaping and special projects as needed. • Communicating to all stake holders including the client, store team, landlord, external project managers and vendors/contractors’ timeline/scope of work. • JLL built/managed database integrity of lease review and projects. Additionally, I have spent a lot of time in retail rebranding. I was previously a project manager working on the U.S. Bank team where I managed a portion of their sign rebranding program. Previously I have managed the rebranding of Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh Rebrand and spent 3 years on the Walgreens account managing the floor tile replacement program. I have been in charge of surveying, quality control, the bid process, budgeting, purchasing, construction, vendor and General Contractor invoices and managing and tracking a complex and fast moving process and $40 million budget. As a Project Coordinator/Associate Manager. My team specialized in retail re-branding. I assisted the project managers in surveying, quality control, the bid process, budgeting, purchasing, construction, vendor and General Contractor invoices and managing and tracking a complex and fast moving process. Clients include: Wendy's, Starbucks, Walgreens Wells Fargo and Walgreens Boots Alliance. My current assignment has me as APM on a 9 month $40 million, nationwide remodel protect for Walgreens Boots Alliance. We hired and managed regional and national contractors across the country to ensure they completed our clients work, professionally, on-time and under budget.

At JLLC I managed the Construction Accounting process by receiving and processing all subcontractor payment applications and lien waivers as well as creating and processing the owner billings by using AIA forms. I managed the A/P A/R process to ensure that we got paid timely as well our subcontractors. I processed contracts and change orders. I supervised the clerical/support position and did whatever else it took to aid my team in being successful.
