Margo Morado studied dance from the time she was seven years old. She began with ballet, turned to modern, and then to Dunham Technique, Jazz and African Dance. For a brief period, she performed semi-professionally.When the aerobics craze began, she studied and taught in Los Angeles and then was hired to teach aerobics at a major health club in Rome, Italy, which she did for three years.When she returned to the US, Margo taught for a number of years in New York City. She later moved to Cambridge, MA and opened an exercise/dance and movement studio/performance space, CasaNia, which closed in 2007, when Margo and her husband moved to Albuquerque, NM, where she currently teaches and offers personal fitness coaching and hypnotherapy.Margo is now 65 and in excellent health.
