There are two constants throughout my career – a love of learning and a deep passion for changing the world for the better. At my core, I am a champion for social justice and health equality. As a strategic leader responsible for building integrated grantmaking strategy and learning systems that serve to increase an organization’s contribution to change, I have learned to develop frameworks and tools to support collaboration and continuous learning. My technical skills in feminist research and monitoring and evaluating social change efforts have supported my leadership of impact assessments, translating evidence into actionable decisions, and using research as a tool for social justice. In all I do, I am innovative, strategic, analytic, and fun-loving. My greatest joy in the workplace comes from mentoring and coaching, and my proudest achievements include leading multi-year diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial justice initiatives to support building inclusive, multi-cultural, anti-racist organizational culture, policies, and procedures.
