This is where I serve as Acquisition Specialist within the group. I intake calls from borrowers and vet the deals. I attempt to get back to borrowers in a timely manner and try to keep them informed all along the process. Sometimes deals require a lot of creativity to make them work, and sometimes they are just not deals. At times I will need to find Hard Money Brokers to work with to make the deal work We do 1st and 2nd mortgages ourselves. Myself and my three partners keep in constant communication to coordinate our efforts. My partners are as follows:Derald Clearwater - background in luxury home building, new construction, and creative financingDavid Bacon - software engineer background, our back office person, and contact for additional investorsWallace Wong - go to person for questions as he has been a PL the longest and expert in acquiring additional investor funds
