I was the site supervisor at Liebherr. I supervised 9 security officers on three shifts, 7 days a week. The officers I supervised worked shifts in pairs and performed site rounds to secure the site. On the day shift I monitored the site security cameras, maintained access control of the gate and handled overflow phone calls from the reception desk. I monitord the activities of the officers by reviewing their written Duty Logs and the log from the Detex Wand. The Detex Wand is used to scan tags positioned throughout the buildings as the officers are making their rounds. I am responsible for making the schedules for the site officers and finding replacements when someone calls off or does not show up for duty. I act as the liaison between the officers and Top Guard and between Top Guard and the Liebherr client contact. I also train backup guards to cover my shift as needed. Because this site did not previously use Top Guard to cover the day shift, I have also created an updated SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to cover the hours from 5:30am until 5:30pm. This time period requires logging in of visitors and truck drivers, properly routing deliveries and logging of equipment and parts being shipped and received at Liebherr.Previous to being promoted to supervisor at Liebherr, I was assigned to Marva Maid Dairy as a Security Officer (Jan. 2007 to Feb. 2009). In this position I checked Marva Maid route trucks and LDW trucks in and out of the facility, tracked Tractor Trailer and Tanker truck delivery activity, controlled gate access of private vehicles, short trucks, contractors, vendors and employees. I dispatched loads to Food Lion drivers and coordinated with yard jockey and the back dock to determine destination for inbound Food Lion trailers. I received and routed UPS and Fed. Ex. deliveries. When working 2nd and 3rd shifts, I performed temperature rounds to ensure loaded trucks maintained proper temperature of product.

I managed telephone sales teams of from 10 to 25 reps when managers needed to be off the sales floor or out of work for any reason. While covering a team, I performed all the duties of a Sales Manager including but not limited to the following:Ensure team meets or exceeds company sales goals by coaching and developing members of the team.Ensure quality of all calls by random monitoring utilizing computer replay, side by side and Erytel “Quality Call” monitoring program.Handle customer concerns and/or complaints on inbound and outbound calls.Administer company policies on attendance, performance, production and behavior.Monitor performance using computer generated reports of call dispositions and real time computer monitoring via DAVOX system.Respond to changes in call volume, computer system issues and business needs in an ever-changing environment.I am frequently on long-term assignment to the training department to manage, coach and develop between 10 – 30 new trainees (Interns) in their 2nd to 8th week on the phones. The goal is to prepare them to advance to the next level (Associate) by meeting specific performance criteria and then be “graduated” to a team on the sales floor. I have often managed “A-Bay” (new trainees in their 1st week on the phones) and completed the initial training begun in the classroom when the trainer was unavailable. I have been involved in creating and using Excel spreadsheets Word documents. I daily use various reports and tracking tools in Access, Erytel and Davox as well as documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. I extensively utilize a windows PC and the Internet (to research project information). When not needed to cover teams I worked as a Sr. Rep on the phones verifying and accurately updating alumni records via computer database and selling the alumni directory.
