As a head of communications, I'm responsible for YEP's social media content, interaction with partners, donors, and media. I also manage the organization's events in offline, online, and hybrid formats. For 4years as a part of the YEP team, I contributed to several projects and programs: - 2022-ongoing: external communications for YEP Impact Incubator — a program to support the initiatives with a significant impact on the recovery of Ukraine from the effects of war- 2022-ongoing: StarterAcademia program for developing university teachers' skills (together with the University of Tartu and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia)- 2020-ongoing — successful communication campaigns for 5 batches of YEP!Starter incubation program (supported by USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine in 2020-2021, and by Garage48 in 2021-2022)- 2020-ongoing: external communications and events management for the "Entrepreneurial University" Initiative supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Ukrainian Startup Fund, USAID CEP, and other partners- 2021: Local Manager for Garage48's Empowering Youth Hackathon & Mentor's Masterclass in KharkivThe largest events I managed:- Launching event for the second year of the "Entrepreneurial University" in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2021)- Startup Ecosystem Conference (2021) summarizing a year of joint work of YEP and USAID CEP for the Ukrainian startup ecosystem. It had 3 panel discussions with the representatives of the government, university, and business community- Head organizer of YEP Startup Campus conference in 2021 and 2023
