    I highly enjoy science outreach and communication, and I have actively taken part in several projects and events during my PhD. I was involved in organising the Pint of Science festival in Leuven for 3 years, which I can highly recommend! I organised workshops for adults and children and even had the chance to interact with a class to talk about my research.Examples of projects I participated in: ▪ Pint of Science: World-wide science festival focused on bringing science to the general public in a light relaxed atmosphere. ▪ Dag van de Wetenschap at KU Leuven: organising interactive workshops for children within your research topic. ▪ Skype a scientist: talk about your research to a class and show them what it's like to do research.
