Responsible for booking, organizing and coordinating all weddings held at the resort from start to finish. Duties include attending wedding shows and industry networking events, performing site tours, responding to all leads & inquiries, contracting, managing room block and reservations, planning menu, developing event timeline and acting as main contact and liaison for clients and their guests at the resort. Also planed and managed a variety of conferences in the Yellowstone Conference Center, acting as lead onsite planner and event manager.
