Manage a team of three to interpret, calculate, and distribute administrative fees and rebates to our customers. My responsibilities include: first level approval for all fees and rebates processed by the Austin team, working with internal IT and SAP IT for system or invoicing issues, resolving issues and understanding the downstream impact of the issues.
