With my B.A in Labour Studies, I was exposed to an interdisciplinary curriculum designed to implement a broad critical understanding of labour in society. However, my work and volunteer experiences established the desire towards a fulfilling career in the Human Resources field. No matter what organizational issue that a workplace encounters, it will fall under a challenge that HR aims to manage. Therefore in pursuit of my career, I have completed my post-graduate certificate in HR Management at Sheridan and working towards my CHRL designation.
