CurrentReporting to the Chief of Staff, my team cultivates a culture of innovation and process improvement through a matrix network of 15 Lean Change Agents. Building relationships across the enterprise to seek out and evaluate systemic issues; partnering with Intake team to channel the resulting recommended solutions into the pipeline of strategic initiatives. Process Improvement Center of Excellence – Growing business process competencies through skill development workshops and a range of internal consulting services such as: coaching project teams, leading special initiatives to completion, facilitating focused problem solving sessions, writing business cases for strategic initiativesStrategic Planning and Initiatives – Partnering with Strategic Planning team to raise transparency of enterprise resource constraints and priority conflicts, generating multi-year proposals for annual planning decisions and support ongoing engagement with initiative program officeDiversity, Equity and Inclusion – Strengthening our commitment to DE&I is a strategic initiative in and of itself, I am passionate about this initiative and contribute to its success though our Mentorship program as a volunteer mentor and as the co-chair of our Women’s ERG building a series of engagements that encourage connection and growth
