Currently responsible of Trainline customer center planning and European forecasting. Through planning and managing resources, I help maximize our teams in order to meet the business objectives and improve our customer experience through all channels of contact. I created different strategies to increase cross-team cooperation, support various stakeholders, developing vendors relationships, providing quicker time response, providing short and mid-term forecasting for European channels. Part of my role is also to support the Call Centre with their telephony infrastructure.
