About Margot Décory
Scientist by training (biologist), I volunteered in several countries before becoming a lobbyist for a Dutch NGO, which allowed me to work with scientists, governments, politicians and NGOs across Europe and at European level.I then explored the business world within a tech leader as a change manager, which trained me in the management of decentralized teams (US / Europe / Asia), as well as CSR issues of companies wishing to become more sustainable.Being a scientist made me an effective lobbyist and being a lobbyist for an NGO made me an asset to a multinational because NGOs, similarly to start-ups, teach you to be extremely adaptable and to come up with ideas and innovative solutions.My ambition, through the different positions that I have held, has been and remains to have a holistic approach, combining several objectives and expertises.
