San Francisco Bay Area

Commissioned by the Seattle City Council and the Mayor's Office, VM&E studied the impacts and opportunities of secure scheduling on shift employees and their employers in the City of Seattle. With the City of San Francisco being the first and only municipality at the time to enact secure scheduling legislation, I studied the early impacts of the Formula Retail Employees Rights Ordinance (more commonly known as the San Francisco Retail Worker's Bill of Rights).
