Within my current role, I am responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the secured funding programs, through both domestic and offshore issuance from the Bank’s RMBS, ABS, Senior Unsecured, EMTN Subordinated Debt Programmes. I also managed the project of establishing the BOQ Conditional Pass-Through Covered Bond Programme over an 18 month period, whilst maintaining relationships with internal and external parties. Key achievements whilst in this role include:- Established the BOQ Conditional Pass-Through Covered Bond Programme in May 2017, which has allowed BOQ to engage with investors throughout the UK and Europe; - I play a key role in the establishment of new RMBS and ABS trusts through the creation and analysis of preliminary pools, completing yield analysis, preparing investor presentations and liaising with internal and external clients;- Established the RMBS Repo Eligible Trust to assist with the banks liquidity requirements whilst continuing to organise the increase of notes and further substitution of assets into this trust; - Established the securitisation presentations for all external parties (rating agencies, investors and warehouse providers) for both the RMBS & ABS programs; - Established automation of reporting across all daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements, saving in excess of 10 days per month and ensuring data quality is of the highest standard;- Establishment of an automated securitisation reporting platform which is the basis for all of BOQ’s current reports; - Manage the annual BOQ Board approvals which allows BOQ to issue under the REDS RMBS, REDS EHP and IMPALA Warehouse funding programs;- Assist with the annual programme updates for the BOQ Covered Bond Programme, Senior Unsecured & EMTN Programme; and- Assisted with a number of the banks' Subordinated Debt issuance.
