Wolfeboro native working as a Listing Specialist with The Dow Realty Group in Wolfeboro. I have a vast knowledge of residential lakefront real estate, specifically Lake Winnipesaukee.

I was a Community Living Parent at Hughes House at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro.

While at Yankee Pedlar, I was primarily focused on the bookings of high end lakefront residential properties (80+) on Lake Winnipesaukee and surrounding ponds. I provided local perspective and knowledge of the area to renters and buyers. I also created all printed marketing materials for the firm.

I was a Manager at "the restaurant 03894 inc", a 125 seat local restaurant located on Main Street in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. My duties include facilitating weekly payroll, maintaining all accounts receivable and payable as well as helping to maintain all social media marketing and promotion.

My duties included being responsible for compiling, analyzing and distributing weekly sales reports to all five locations in New Hampshire and Maine. On a daily basis I worked with our Marketing and Business Development Manager to identify sales potential of current and new clients. Through various research channels I developed warm leads for the sales team to pursue in order to generate new business. I was responsible for quarterly sales reports that were discussed at length during management meetings. I developed a chart that showcases which products our best clients purchase and where there is room to cross-promote other products they may have interest in.

While employed at Walker and Varney P.C. I was responsible for abstracting the title histories for hundreds of properties in Carroll, Strafford, Rockingham and Belknap county. A typical title opinion report required approximately 4-5 hours of research at various Registry of Deeds offices across the state. All properties had to be researched for a minimum of 35 years to provide for clear title. Attachments may have included mortgages, tax liens, lot line adjustments, property and/or tax maps. After drafting the title opinions they would be submitted to the attorney for approval then forwarded to either the financial lending institution or the purchaser, whichever applied.
