I am an enterprising lawyer with broad experience in corporate, contract, compliance and IT law. My work consists of managing and advising on (national and international) M&A transactions, private equity investments and various participations (for almost 12 years). I draft corporate and commercial documents and agreements in relation thereto. I have experience with many areas of law and can quickly scan a business (whether commercial and/or strategic) on (international) laws and regulations.My colleagues and clients describe me as sincere, straightforward, tenacious and perfectionist.
