This was my first position in corporate law. It was a challenge and I gained new experience in this interesting field (incorporation of companies, amendment of articles of association, issuance and transfer of shares and mergers and acquisitions etc). Unfortunately my fixed term contract was not converted into permanent employment because of economic circumstances.

Working processes at my Department were well aligned for a balance of effectiveness and quality.The learning experience at this firm was in the cooperation with Batenburg, who proved to be very creative as a Notary when processing cases with high complexity. Close cooperation with the group of Notary Candidates had great added value for me.

I worked at Uitgeester Notariaat on a leased basis and took care of the real estate activities while the Notary took her maternity leave. The firm had been in business for only some three years and was under high pressure given market conditions. Very interesting experience.

I joined this solicitor's office to explore a new field of work, but it became clear that the match with my profile was only mediocre.

I joined this firm when it merged with my prior employer. My employment here, during which I specialised in Real Estate, was continued by Notary Moesker after Notary Van Straaten left the firm. In my experience, this Notary firm was highly efficient and effective and achieved maximum output given the number of employees.

The accelerated in-house course by Mr. J.C. (Jaap) van Straaten (a renowned author in this professional field) and Mr. Wolbrecht van Heuvel (a highly appreciated teacher in the three year, compulsory post-graduate training for Notary Candidates) have been pivotal for my approach towards Notary services: in legal services, there is no alternative for doing the job properly.I worked for this firm until it merged with Notary Moesker's to become Moesker Van Straaten Notarissen.
